About Me

I have been greatly influenced by Buddhist psychology and mindfulness.  I am a qualified mindfulness teacher and have a daily practice of my own that, I feel, allows me to navigate the world more deeply in touch with life.

I have always had an interest in psychology and psychotherapy, particularly in emotions and how they influence our day-to-day experience.  Having struggled in areas of my own life, including relationships and bereavement, I became more fully invested in psychotherapy and the benefit it can have in our lives.

Having worked as an organisational psychologist for the past 20 years, I recently completed an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy to help individuals explore and tackle more personal challenges.

As a practitioner, I wish to bring wisdom and support to those who need it. If you are struggling with emotions, and challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationships, or bereavement, please get in touch.

“When we accept what is in this very moment, without pushing or pulling, when there is no running after or running away, we find in our practice a level of deep acceptance and peace” Michael Stone
