About Me

I hold a PGDip and MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and am a registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Committed to lifelong learning, I am currently studying Advanced Transactional Analysis at the Berne Institute.

My interest in psychology began early. My initial training in Occupational Psychology led to over 20 years’ experience as an Organisational Psychologist, applying psychological insights to help individuals, teams, and organisations tackle challenges and improve performance.

Yoga has been part of my life for 25 years, nurturing my interest in Buddhist psychology and mindfulness. I am a qualified mindfulness teacher and maintain a daily practice, which helps me connect more deeply with life and with those I work alongside.

Through my professional and personal experiences, I have developed a deep understanding of how to work with challenges in many areas of life. I recognise that most issues are complex, and there is rarely a single answer. My approach is to explore challenges, meaning, and possibilities together—rather than to act as someone who believes they have all the answers.

“When we accept what is in this very moment, without pushing or pulling, when there is no running after or running away, we find in our practice a level of deep acceptance and peace” Michael Stone
