About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist. I hold a Master’s Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and I am currently studying advanced training in Transactional Analysis. I am a registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Association for Transactional Analysis. I am committed to lifelong learning, which I believe is crucial to being able to give those I work with the best support.

My interest in helping people began early, and my initial training in Occupational Psychology led to over 20 years’ experience working independently and in the NHS as an Organisational Psychologist. This involved helping individuals, teams, and organisations tackle challenges and improve performance.

In 2019, I decided to retrain to focus on helping others in a deeper and more personal way and I started my journey to becoming a psychotherapist. I have personally found psychotherapy to be transformative and I feel passionate about helping others.

Through my professional and personal experiences, I have developed a deep understanding of how to work with challenges in many areas of life. I recognise that most issues are complex, and there is rarely a single answer. My approach is to explore challenges, meaning, and possibilities together—rather than to act as someone who believes they have all the answers.
